When I would call him he hardly answered and never called back or responded to my voicemails. There was a problem with closing and the title company called me and told me I needed to come back in and resign, I messaged Mic and he told me repeatedly that everything was closed and good to go. Only when I called Veterans United did I get clarification that yes I needed to resign. Honestly felt like me and my wife were on our own throughout the process.

She needs another field profession. She was very poor in communicating. I again already told you all even before we closed about the issues we were having. To all when had issues with her.

Our agent was slow to respond at the beginning, but he was always able to get the job done and never tried to sugarcoat things to us.
