Giving A 5 is being generous,
I think he is A good & decent person in general,
but I do not feel like he met our needs in particularly correctly & I do not feel he representated us in the best way,
I feel like he gave the realtor of the seller everything they wanted & was more accommodatiing to them then he was to us & our needs and he just did so to appease her & get the deal done.
I say this with extreme sadness because we really liked him.

Caleb Penn was absolutely amazing and was extremely resourceful! We had worked and talked for a few different agents and their only headspace was to make a sale, compared to Caleb he was helping us find a home that not only we would be comfortable but happy with.
