Charlotte Engasser Realtor, knew my budget and what I desired and needed. She found me the home I'm living in today in 3 hours of introduction. Helped me close and move in within 22 days. She organized inspections and contractor repairs at break neck speeds. With her in charge I was able to basically just docusign and wait for VU teams to verify and approve. I've dealt with 4 realtors in my life. She is the best in terms of speed, efficiency, cost saving and anything else I may have forgotten.

She was patient in helping us find our forever home, catered to our availability around our work schedules, had our backs EVERY step of the way from the home search right up to closing.
