Danielle was outstanding! Kind and went beyond what we were expecting. She spoke up for us and pointed things out as needed.Each house she gave us a small packet of information detailing history etc… Communication was professional and answered all our questions even the silly ones. He didn’t do his research in the beginning. He made a guess and caused me to offer $10,000 over asking price when I could have offered asking price or maybe less. Not happy about that.

There were some minor communication issues and a miss on changes the seller made that could have been an issue in the beginning. In the end though, even while out of the country, he did an excellent job and convinced the seller to fix some parts of the house that me and my wife required but seller originally didn’t want to do. Those actions essentially saved the process due to them being hard requirements for our side.
