When I would call him he hardly answered and never called back or responded to my voicemails. There was a problem with closing and the title company called me and told me I needed to come back in and resign, I messaged Mic and he told me repeatedly that everything was closed and good to go. Only when I called Veterans United did I get clarification that yes I needed to resign. Honestly felt like me and my wife were on our own throughout the process.

My realtor Taylor Ward was very professional and sweet. She answered all my questions and was looking out for me knowing I was a first time home buyer.
