Loran and Heather were awesome throughout this entire process. They made sure all the paperwork was submitted on time and documented accurately. I was actually able to get clear to close on my first underwriting. If you know anything about the process, that’s a pretty big deal and doesn’t happen very often.They helped secure the home we were looking for and made everything incredibly easy on our end. Every time I reviewed something, it was correct and accurate the first time. There was no double work, no missing documentation, and no back-and-forth trying to fix things.Because of their hard work, we were able to close almost two weeks early. If it wasn’t for them, I’m sure I would still be waiting to close on my home.I truly can’t thank Heather, Loran, and the Veterans United team enough. Mr. Cherokee Gleason was attentive to my every needs. Especially helpful even though the snow on the ground when he showed me many homes virtually as I was out of the country during the process of my purchase.

Glands took the time to go house shopping two days in a row. I was able to take my time. Any house I liked, she dug into right away to make sure I was aware of anything that might raise or lower it on my “like” list. After quite a bit of disappointment, she actually found the house I knew was going to be mine as soon as I walked into the second room!!! Glenda is absolutely a Gem!!!💎

My realtor, April McDonald, knew what I was looking for in a home. This narrowed the selection process and the area that I was looking to relocate too. The communication process started way before I traveled to Tennessee, which facilitated some homes that were new to her as well. She definately made the buying process easy, and she definately went out of her way in all regards.
