Prior to closing we really found out how Tracy lacked watching our back. Tracy was the Realato, Broker and works out of the same office as the Builders owner. A slight conflict of intrest I would say. And it goes much deeper then I have time to say. My suggestion is Don't recommend her again. Couldn't even show up for the closing. Pitiful!!

Both selling and buying agents were great. Lisa had showing tours scheduled one after another. After only being listed for three days we had a buyer offering more than what we listed the house for plus was willing to pay the closing costs. I was just as impressed if not more so with my buying agent, Ada. Ada set up quite a few homes to tour with me and would ask what I liked or didn't like about each. I knew exactly what I wanted and she listened and found it for me and it was actually on the lower end of my price range. The whole process from start to finish was a wonderfull experience.
