We had failed to sell our home in 2002 and we had a really bad experience with the real estate agent.
Alice, on the other hand, had great advice for some of the repairs and upgrades needed in our house before we put it on the market which we then got done and executed.
She was then great at following up with real estate agents and getting their feedback on the house and if it was priced appropriately. ( After showings)
I also asked her if she knew a painter which she did and his team was great. I also asked her for a general contractor for some repairs and safety issues in the house and her recommendation was also phenomenal and priced appropriately. I gave her business card to my neighbor 3 doors up who's also getting ready to move!

Amber is absolutely OUTSTANDING! She was with us every step of the way, patiently showing us home after home and making offers and counter offers on our behalf. Once we made our selection, she recommende inspections and explained what the sellers were responsible for, and helped us bargain for our "as is" status sale. She walked us through what contracting services we'd need and met with the team we chose to make sure all the bases were covered for the inspection results deficiencies.
She truly cares about us as customers and as people, and became a Friend and trusted ally in this adventure. She's brilliant, hard working, completely trustworthy, and a delight to work with. We adore her, and she deserves a raise!

No attention to detail and lack of communication. Always had to ask for information. Was a pull to get information rather than getting info pushed to us. Information was incorrect all the way up to the settlement statement and even the final settlement statement that we signed and the buyer signed are different. I was really expecting more.
