Erin Sumler was a good agent but she was not very motivated to help us find our forever home. My wife found our home herself. Due to Erin 's work schedule, she suggested her partner Melissa Barker who assisted us making the offer on our home. Melissa went above and beyond in giving us helpful suggestions in getting our offer accepted.I never knew that purchasing a home requires so much leg work when you have a realtor. Base on our experience with Erin, we cannot recommend her at this time.

I think she’s very nice but she definitely didn’t really wanna deal with me. I asked her to let me know whenever there were certain Inspections getting done to the house and she’d make me jump through hoops to get a simple answer. She also made it very hard to schedule a second viewing. I could go on about how I didn’t really enjoy Rita being my agent but she did help out a lot and I appreciate her.

He was not a good real estate agent. He has been doing it for a while but rarely kept me informed. I would not recommend him the only reason he got a 3 is because he was my agent. HORRIBLE JOB! If it was not for Veteran United I would have been lost and frustrated.

My real estate agent Stacy Lynn Massar and her team were the best I've ever experienced in my 30 years of travel or buying homes. She stayed constantly locked into the process and was knowledgeable with all aspects of the appraisal, financial, inspection and closing aspect with buying a home. She works well with the selling agent and was no nonsense in making sure that no corners were cut. She would update me daily with any changes or if I had a do list, ensuring that I completed task in a timely manner. She is very personable and would put me at ease when things started becoming stressful with the appraisal and inspection process. Absolutely the best!!! Stacy and James were the absolute reason that I was able to close within 21 working days.

John is awesome! He was crucial to getting us into the home we’ve always wanted. We had to put a lot of trust in John to find our home as we went through the entire process remotely and he did an amazing job. He was always there to answer any questions we had and he went above and beyond the call of duty for us. We couldn’t be happier in our new home and we owe a lot of that to John and his expert advice.

This is my 3rd home purchase and he is by far the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. I really felt like I could trust him throughout the buying process and really appreciated zoom video calls to view homes while we were still in another state. He has been helpful with everything from beginning to end. He went above and beyond with a zoom meet and greet and inspection breakdown.

Super helpful and friendly. Amir was available night and day to help us and answer any questions. He willing gave lengthy video tours of properties and the surroy ding neighbborhoods for us. Overall amazing experience. I would recommend him to any and everyone!
