The real estate agent we had was helpful and found us a home quickly that we like a lot. We were buying from out of state so that brought in some difficulties. There was repairs that were supposed to be done prior to closing and since we were from out of town we could not verify them. Some of those repairs did not get performed and there was no sort of verification for them. I would recommend my realtor, but I would say to not make the mistake as I did and verify the work has been completed.

Wonderful person and extremely helpful but not experienced in the downtown area and not experienced with highrise buildings downtown. We learned a lot together. I think now that she has this experience she can do a fantastic job!!

We got transferred to a cohart Who was a little harder for my wife to connect with.... that along with a challenging market made it a long process.

Jill Berry was only interested in her commission. She kept advising against us trying to drop the house price and let us do our own repairs. Luckily we were consistent with what we wanted and got the house for a lower price. She kept double talking about what will be an issue with the appraiser and what we should ask for to negotiate. In the items she told us not to worry about ended up delaying our closing date. She also was not happy when we asked about the military rewards program because the money comes out of her commission. She didn’t even have the courtesy to contact us to say congratulations after closing. Steve and Tiffany from Veterans United were wonderful to work with and made this experience as stress free as possible.
