Miranda Tate was phenomenal! She quickly scheduled tours of homes we were interested in and did a virtual walk-through with video. She was also very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and guided us throughout. She made the home buying process seem easy and ensured everything was complete prior to closing. I would definitely recommend her to others!

Paula Heard dealt with us virtually throughout the home buying journey. She did all viewing virtually and got us in contract in the first offer at the asking price, which is unheard of in the Northern Virginia market. She worked around the clock to ensure we get everything we want in our new home.

Kim was always so great. She was very knowledgeable about the home buying process especially in how it relates to a VA home loan. She was also quick to respond and always did her best to advocate for us. Even after we closed she has checked in every day to make sure things were going smoothly

Lindsay Genay is the BEST!!!! She walked us through every step of this, sometimes extremely frustrating, process with so much kindness and diligence. I could tell that she genuinely cared about us and our future, which felt really nice.

Our real estate agent did above and beyond her job. Kim was knowledgeable on all aspects and was able to help us when we weren't sure what to do. Even after the home buying process, she made sure we were all set up within the home.
