I put 9 because it's my favorite number & because Lucy was very nice & down to earth. She's also an eyefull & could be a Fox news anchor... I did feel I was negotiating more w/ her than the seller to get my negotiating strategy expressed. I also wanted to see a few more house but when she saw I was focused on Jack Hill... I use to be a realtor for Table Mountain in this area & if she doesn't like the hour drive she had... I digress, compared to my last VA home loan experience 20 years ago this was a breeze. It was exciting to do most of it from my phone & to tell my girlfriend I just bought a house using it. ???? Thanks again. Bryan Strother.

Jason Dube was great! , I’d send him a house and he’d get all the information on the house right away. I think we ended up putting 4 or 5 offers in on houses before we ended up getting an accepted offer.

Mrs. Johansen never once tried to sell me a home. My Wife and I absolutely loved and appreciated this! She showed us every home we requested with honest feedback that suited our home needs until we found the right house. She always gave us the ground truth, which only solidified our trust in her. Andy went out of his way, above & beyond to find a home that I would love. I would choose him a million times over & recommend him to everyone I know. He actually listened when I told him what I was looking for & his personality made this first time experience of buying a house fun. He's very informative & had positive feedback to all my doubts.
