From the beginning there were delayed communication between my real estate agent and I . We had to ask multiple times for certain answers pertaining to e documents regarding the condition of the house . Felt that as a veteran I wasn’t understood or taken as seriously as a non veteran client.

Howard was very helpful and kind, but lack of responsiveness to emails caused several problems.

She did very little to help with the process. We never meet her and had very little communication with her. When she was referred she did not return a call which led us to start working with someone else who we found out they were in the same office. Once we found the house it was reassissgned to her.

• Other VA Eligibility

Mike Petrillo was organized and professional the entire time. He made it a point to get us in to see multiple houses in one day. We were driving in from out of town so the fact that he set aside basically an entire afternoon just for us, we truly felt like valued clients. Through out the process he made it a point to check in with us every step of the process and made sure any questions were answered. I value honesty and so does Mike. When my wife and I asked questions he didn't know the answer to he didn't pretend to. He always followed up with "I will find out." Something that I admire in anyone I work with. I can honestly recommend Mike to any veteran looking to buy a home in Tri-Cities WA area. Thank you Mike!

Jim performed right out the gate and agreed to meet us for the first time at an open house the night before. He was extremely personable and quickly adjusted to our evolving house and style preferences. At every viewing he had our best interests in mind and was very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of homes in general, not just the buying process. We we're never worried about coming across as a bother when a new house peaked our interest and he was always enthusiastic about helping us look. We are grateful Jim was part of the home buying process and helped us secure what we can now call our perfect home.

My real estate agent was also phenomenal !!! She also made sure everything I needed was taken care of . Whenever I had questions or needed assistance , she was always ready , enthusiastic to help , and kind while helping . She made sure I understood EVERYTHING before signing anything ! If I could rate her higher than a 10 I would . I did however have a different realtor before her and he was not helpful at all , just being honest . Getting her was like a boost of energy and working with her was like a breath of fresh air !

Victoria was the greatest. She had a very, very difficult task of helping us find a home in GA while we were 850 miles away still living in PA. Anytime; and I mean anytime, we wanted to "view" a property she pretty much dropped whatever and went out to show us around virtually. We couldn't have asked for a kinder, more agent to help us find a home.

Veterans United paired me with a local agent Rich Lantz who is an expert in his field especially working with VA requirements. He was always one step ahead of the process assisting me with obtaining information, local inspectors, required forms from the seller to reach my end goal of home ownership in a seamless process.

My real estate agent, Jay, was always available to answer any questions I had about the process and paperwork. He answered my questions the day of, and worked really hard to make sure everything went right. I really appreciated the effort, and how I did not feel pressured to buy the home.

Anna Purvis is fantastic and has certainly set the standards for any other agent that we deal with in the future. But we hope that if we do ever need one that she is available! She did an amazing job and I will recommend her services to any potential homeowners that I meet in the future.

She was amazing. I felt she really met our needs in a home. She was not a pushy agent and really considered all the factors that I wanted in the home. I will be working with her again when the time comes to search for a new home!
