I was twice blessed. And I know it. Jeannine was the ultimate agent. From her first phone call to the signing of the deed and beyond. Jeannine freely gave her assistance, her knowledge, her time (in excess), her guidance, and her patience.
I knew she was with me every step of the way on this new journey in my life. She made the whole experience seamless. Every time I thought there may be a snag, her reassurance let me know it would all be ok. I’m trying to keep my comments professional and not bring in the personal, but I can’t. I need to tell you what a wonderful human being Jeannine is. Her caring personality and just the way we would txt and talk and problem solve made me feel like she really cared about me as a fellow human. That’s the best feeling, when you think someone cares and is working with you for the betterment of your life. I knew she had other clients but she was always there for me day and night. I will miss Jeannine and I hope all her clients have as wonderful an experience as I.

Sam and Mark were amazing! They were kind and ALWAYS available whenever I would text/call last minute trying to see a new property. They always answered phone calls and text messages and were incredibly efficient throughout this entire process. Mark, in particular, was very well versed in VA requirements which made me, a first time home buyer, feel as though I really was in good hands. They both helped me navigate a very competitive market and were incredibly transparent throughout the entire process. I will always recommend RVA Realty to any friends looking to buy a home!

Christy Kade is, by far, the best real estate agent I've ever dealt with. She always shows up on time and with all the relevant documents and information on hand for all the properties we went and looked at. She is never pushy and always gives her honest opinion. Christy is thoughtful, kind, and patient and very way to work with. I will definitely be recommending her services to anyone I meet who's looking for a home.

CHAD KEPT KEEPING ME UPDATED IF NOT DAILY IT WAS 2 - 3 TIMES A WEEK. I HAD TO PUSH MY RETURN DATE BACK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BECAUE OF THE COVID. HE KEPT SEARCHING AND SEARCHING FOR OTHER PROPERTIES FOR ME TO PURCHASE. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!
