Our Loan Specialist referred us to our Real Estate Agent, Matt Iannaccio. Matt is an outstanding R.E.A., very professional and knowledgeable. Matt sat down with us before we even start to look for the place and he went over in detail of what he expect and what we expect, guide us through the process and if we had any questions/concerns, he knew the answers and if he did not know, he would always get back with us with the answers.
At the end, there was some hiccups at the seller side, where we might had to extend our closing date but not Matts fault but Matt and our Loan Specialist took immediate action and able to resolve the problem and met the original closing date. Thank you.

Ron was an outstanding Real Estate Agent. Every single time I called him with a question, he answered my call/text/email. He made my wife and I very comfortable with him when viewing our home and was extremely knowledgeable about VA home loans so as we walked around the house, he pointed out to us things that may need updated or changed to fit the VA requirements. We felt like we had the best representative we could have asked for to make our home purchase a reality.
Going forward, I will recommend Ron to anyone in the market for a new home. His level of service and representation left a lasting impression and I look forward to sharing that with others I know.

Brian Henry was great from the time he started working with me right down to the finish , He came in and started showing me house and he always had a plan for what we was doing and going each day, Brian kept me informed as well of things I needed to do and know which made a great difference to me, Brian also showed great experience and was very professional throughout the whole process.

Christy Byrd was on top of things. Whenever we had a question, she responded promptly. She checked in with us frequently and informed us ahead of time about what was going to happen next. Her experience working at a mortgage company helped her explain the process to us.

Linda Collins was very much a southern belle of a lady. She reminded me of why I love the area I bought my home. She worked with my mother who had to stand in for me during portions of the house hunting and walk throughs. I appreciate someone who can do that.
