Was extremely reluctant to meet any of our requests and became combative whenever pressed for simple things like viewing a property, changing dates, and other similar requests.

Where to begin with this amazing and unstoppable realtor, Joshua Lawings. We went out on a whim and decided to go through the VU network of realtors and were contacted by Josh. We were extremely nervous because we had heard stories of bad realtor experiences and we were first-time home buyers. Upon the first Zoom call with Josh, our doubts, nerves, and anxieties practically vanished. He was extremely flexible for scheduling which was needed for my hectic and crazy schedule due to being military. Once in the meeting, he took the time to explain everything is a concise and straight-forward way and even clarified any questions along the way (and boy did we have questions). He was calm and collected and just made it super easy to talk with him about the home-buying process, what to expect, what was involved, any possible bumps along the way, etc. And even near the end of this Zoom call, he was thrilled to hear we even had questions about him, his career, how long he had been working as a realtor, etc. And to think, the amazing skills and dedication of this realtor would just continue to show the rest of the way through the process. Joshua was flexible beyond what we could have expected when it came to hours of operation. Whether it be 8:00am or 8:00pm, Josh was always quick to reply to any questions, concerns, or updates through the home-buying process. The process of finding a home was long indeed due to the hectic market, but that did not matter for this realtor. No matter the number of houses we looked and walked through, the changes to what we were looking for, he stuck to his guns even when it felt like we were running out of time to try and settle on a house, he just reminded us that he would keep looking, keep sending recommendations, and that whether it be now or several months down the road, to just let him know and he would be on top of it. Even on the final day when we were to close, we had a last-minute spring on us by VU saying there was an error on a document that needed to be hand-signed then scanned and sent to VU. We didn't have the means of doing this, but luckily Joshua Lawings was kind enough, went the extra mile and met us in person for our final walk through of our house and brought the document for us to sign and he got it sent over to VU so that our closing day process wouldn't be held up or affected. Thanks to him we were also able to get a reliable and what felt to be trusted home inspector company and law firm for our home-buying process, both recommendations from him that he has worked with on previous contracts. And he made it very clear that he would only make recommendations to his clients for sources that he knew would get the job done, and done right in a timely manner. He made it very clear there was no compensation for using those recommended sources and that the choice was solely up to us and we could even choose a completely different source. But they were outstanding recommendations which streamlined and made the process that much smoother. Josh has displayed himself as nothing less than a genuine realtor who looks out for your best interests and will call it like it is. In our opinion, he should be the top consideration on anybody's list when you are looking to buy or sell a home. We sure will be using him again down the road when we go to sell our home. Thanks again Joshua for getting us our amazing and wonderful home!

Charles Cordell came along at a time when I was already frustrated with my previous two real estate agents. Charles listened to my concerns and very quickly accessed our priorities, needs and displayed the level of respect and diligence needed to assist my wife and I to locate a home. Charles is very professional, focused, and quite honestly... he picks up where many real estate agents leave off. The guy is straight up likable and I will miss chatting with him. I would recommend Charles Cordell to anyone looking to purchase on sell a home in heartbeat.

Wayne was assigned to us from Veterans United as our real estate agent, and Wayne definitely exceeded our expectations. Wayne was very calm and patient with us and because of Wayne's years of experience and knowledge, he made us very comfortable at what to expect and how the process will be like. Wayne absolutely earned our trust from day one. Wayne was also very great at communicating with us, he always kept us in the loop about things that were going on. We could not have asked for a better real estate agent.

Ute was awesome! She was very fast in responding to any questions that I had. She also scheduled all appointments almost instantly. The previous owner that we bought the house from was supposed to take care of a couple things that they didn’t do. She offered to take care of them herself. That was super nice of her to do.

Joan and her trainee was amazing. I am definitely going to remember her and her company and the politeness she showed through the entire ordeal. Even my family that looked at homes for us was amazed by her dedication.
