Julie was very nice and cordial with me, in the beginning she was fairly helpful but as time progressed I did not hear from her as often. As the process went I found myself having to reach out for a few steps and remind her of, such as receiving the sellers disclosure, requesting additional pictures of the property, inquiring about closing date amendments be moved for the seller. Overall since I've seen the property in person being an out of state buyer, I can tell that there were things not brought up to me about the property that would have been nice to know such as interior walls, appliances, shelves, cabinets not being cleaned even the slightest bit, the walls had visible patches, scuffs, holes open, and spots where they tried to paint over. Flooring panels missing in the kitchen pantry. Lastly the seller left behind several articles, toys, balls, miscellaneous things and cleaning supplies. It was clear they just packed up and left and there was no oversight to hold them accountable for leaving the property in a presentable manner, which could have been used in the negotiation of the selling price/closing fees. Overall I would not recommend either my real estate agent or the sellers real estate agent, or All City Real Estate Ltd.

Tim and Carrie are INCREDIBLE!! They were there for us every step of the way. They walked us through the process, explained everything, answered questions, gave advice and went far and beyond what I would have ever expected. When we had an issue with our builder not fixing an agreed upon fix to our liking, they were both very straight forward with the builder and advocated for us to ensure the fix was completed to our liking. Lastly, outside of being great realtors, Tim and Carrie are great people. 10/10, and I would recommend to anyone needing a realtor.
