Haley was great also. She kept me informed, did a great job on our video showings, maybe a bit rushed but I think that was due to time constraints of other agents being booked right behind her sometimes in very sorry blocks of time. She is very knowledgeable about the business and cares about me as a person. She listened to what I said about what I like and don't like.

Andrea was awesome! The only issue I can recall was not being able to get in contact with her on a few occasions which resulted in doing so much later or through another team member. Also, I met her and had the opportunity to work with her up close and personally. It was an amazing experience to search for and visit various homes until I found the ideal one.

Sally was very professional and was there with us every step of the way. She had our best interest in mind. She kept us informed and updated, even on a Saturday evening. We had some kinks to work out with our loan that she was not knowledgeable on how to work around, but I'm sure this experience has increased her knowledge and she will be armed with everything she needs for anything that comes her way! We are truly grateful for Sally's help and kindness!

He was supposed to bring stuff up to the other anget but didn't.
He didn't do a walk through with me ether
The house was left filthy and damaged from when I seen it last.
I love the house Rick's team did great but in all honesty my agent let me down
I've had to clean repair and paint almost 5k and that's totally unacceptable considering the price of the house.

Michelle was not really part of our home buying experience. She did not show us any houses, however she referred us to another realtor and he was absolutely amazing.

NRG Real Estate made the first & the second real estate agents look like jokes.NRG Real Estate came to the rescue and showed me how a first time home buyer is supposed to be treated, as well educated. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing or to expect. They took my under their wing and provided me all the info I needed.Nick Gelfand & Carlos Rosario are simply experts in this field. Nick is a licensed Estate Appraisaller as well as a landlord so he has many points of view when a first time home buyer is searching for their home & all the questions that comes with. Carlos is his right hand man & knows all the areas extremely well. Their teamwork makes the home buying process extremely smooth & they walked me through the entire process so I knew what to expect next, and each step of the way.I will be using these agents again for my next home, as well as if I sell my first home. If there are Vets in MA or CT please recommend this team to them. It'll get you your 10's.

Melissa, with the help of her husband, have been outstanding. I bought a house that had just started being constructed when I put my offer down and they were at the house weekly checking on the progress, sending me pictures and giving me regular updates. Having the piece of mind that they were taking care of everything in Virginia while I was dealing with the PCS took a lot of my worries away. Her husband even gave me a hand moving in. I couldn't have asked more from a realtor.
