Denise Griffith was recommended to us by Veterans United and boy was she the agent we needed in our corner! Denise is very experienced, highly knowledgeable, very professional, organized, thorough and tenacious. During the construction of our home there were a lot of miscommunication between the builder and seller's agent that was difficult for us to straighten out while living in another state. Thankfully Denise was always on the case and relentless in making sure that all expectations were met and all questions answered. From our initial meeting until the day we closed Denise was literally (and figuratively) right by our side or just a call away. She was definitely focused on ensuring that we received everything that we were supposed to and all contractual obligations were met prior to and even during closing. I would definitely recommend Denise Griffith to anyone looking for an agent that would truly go to bat for them. Excellent agent!

John started showing us homes the weekend after Christmas. In very short order he had our requirements and our taste dialed in and by the 4-5th home we saw we were writing an offer. From meeting John to today (1/27) we secured a home. ~30 days. Nuff said.
