Things could have gone smoother with our initial process. However, in the last day of closing...she was a 10++. She was so helpful and concerned about us making it into our destination. She was awesome!

Would have liked more in depth walk throughs of the house to identify certain parts that needed work so we could make a better offer and have less requests over the course of the closing period. Real estate agent did well with most of the paperwork and was able to help us through each step of the home buying process.

She was not good at sending emails nor responding to them. She always waited until the last minute to coordinate things. Showed up late to various meetings. Didn't get paperwork filed properly. Tried to blame us for not submitting the wire transfer on time-though she never told us when exactly she needed it transfered (even told me she called me the morning of to talk about which never happened), lost the keys to our house, and the list goes on and on. I would NOT recommend her to anyone

What can I say! Carl has been a pivotal part of the process and we will always be thankful for him. Most importantly he was transparent throughout the entire process.
