Overall great experience, she was very available throughout the process. There were some missed calls and texts but she always got us on the back end. I appreciated her willingness to drive out to properties that we sent her on Zillow and that is how we ended up with our first home.

He was ok with the showings we found, but we really didn’t like his negotiating skills with the sellers. It seemed like he was more on the sellers side than ours. He also did not show up to closing but we overheard his phone call for the commission check that he was picking up right AFTER we closed. We probably won’t recommend him to our friends.

My Wife and felt that Oliva should have taken time to schedule a "meet and greet" in person. Building a trusting relationship up front with an Agent is critical when purchasing a home, and meeting in person with your clients demonstrates a certain level of professionalism we felt was missing. Olivia at times did not thoroughly articulate in detail questions my wife and I had once we under contract.
