From the very first day we met Elaine, she seemed not at all interested in helping us buy a home. She was horrible with communication, and even for being VA Specialized- we found ourselves correcting her often (including VA related items like concession limitations). She gave us false information about the property and neglected to convey communications from the seller. She didn’t even congratulate us for buying a home. Veterans United may want to consider removing her as a “VA Specialized 5 star agent”- unless it is 5/10.

Very upbeat and kind. Always got right back to me on concerns or questions. I never felt alone or in the dark on house process. Shelly is a great realtor and I’d have no problem recommending her. Even after closing on house she checks in to make sure we’re doing ok. Would rate 11 out of 10!

Samantha from Hyser she was a Godsend. Really nice person, who helped understand a few concepts and have a better understanding of the whole process. Really diligent and always responded to her texts, calls or emails within a reasonable timeframe. Never made me doubt her abilities for a sec. She is the best of the best!!!
