Adell is a great person but her time management and prioritization is questionable. We would call or txt and would not get a response for hours or even until the next day. We also felt very rushed when looking at houses because she had some place to be. (We are understanding, just felt like we were an inconvenience) towards the end she was very responsive and excited for us and did apologize for her delayed responses.

Jessica is nice but she's always late. She has great attention to detail but we felt like we weren't on the same page.

We had numerous issues through the process. I felt pressured to do things that weren’t necessary. I did not feel like a priority and honestly it’s upsetting she walked away with commission for very little effort. She does not appear to be educated enough about the VA loan process and at times she didn’t even seem like she was in favor of Veterans United. Unfortunately I would never use her again.

Sam was great. He set up a over a dozen houses to view. And we didn't stop to we found the right one for me. Always working around my busy schedule. And Regardless of what day or time , he was ready to answer any my concerns.

We used a local real estate agent, her name was Shelly! She was AMAZING. She went above and beyond. So thankful for everything she has done for us and this home buying experience. 100 out of 10! She was awesome!
