Interested rate were too high i was expeting minimum 5.2 or high as 6.5. I know you guys are trying to make money for the company but also think about helping out with lower rates lol. But i do appreciate you guys with the smooth process thank you.

Rene Wilson IS the only real estate agent I would ever use! She is THAT great! She knows her business top and bottom and what she doesn't know she finds out. Her team is also tremendously helpful and the communication was steady and fluid. Rene represented me 200% and her expertise, suggestions, advice was solid. Rene undestood my needs, what I wanted and she made me feel like "I got you covered!" I love how personable, funny, and easy tell her what I was concerned about and she put my fears to rest. Rene is a KEEPER!!!

Aris Logan , not enough words to express how he was right by our side from the day we met him and still is calling to see how things are going. I would give him a rate of 20. He knows his business and if I had a question and he wasn't sure of the answer he would make sure to get me the answer. I would recommend him 100% to anyone needing to buy a home. God Bless .
