Not very informed and didn’t seem to put our needs first. Had to pull for information and wasn’t very responsive or prompt.

She was AMAZING. Christine took care of us from the beginning. We had two very different requirements for a house (if x then y must be true, if z then a must be true type thing) and she had two separate listings emailed to us when stuff became available. We went through quite a few houses (virtually) and there was both videos and FaceTime. When she took a (well earned) vacation during the process she made sure that the person who took care of us for that week was top notch (and Brianna really was). Christine took the time to make sure that we understood the process from the beginning and what to expect along each step of the way.
