We had failed to sell our home in 2002 and we had a really bad experience with the real estate agent.
Alice, on the other hand, had great advice for some of the repairs and upgrades needed in our house before we put it on the market which we then got done and executed.
She was then great at following up with real estate agents and getting their feedback on the house and if it was priced appropriately. ( After showings)
I also asked her if she knew a painter which she did and his team was great. I also asked her for a general contractor for some repairs and safety issues in the house and her recommendation was also phenomenal and priced appropriately. I gave her business card to my neighbor 3 doors up who's also getting ready to move!
