Poor communication, coordination, and follow through. Misleading valuation, comparisons, and net sheets. Listing strategy felt disinterested and rushed, although admittingly I was eager to close myself. Limited feedback following walk-throughs and open houses. Questionable prices/practices with known referrals for cleaning and contracting.

This was for my sister in -law MiAe house. Danielle was great to work with she really knows how to list a house, and she was very helpful with getting quotes from contractors to do some minor repairs..
