Overall, Jerett did exactly what was expected of him. He was attentive and professional in conversation. I only have two complaints with him which is why I ranked him 5/10. Jerett did not communicate with me prior to putting into the MLS that I would cover the buyers agent commission. His decision cost me over $10,000. If he had communicated with me prior to making this decision on his own, maybe I would have agreed but it wasn’t his call to make. Additionally, I told him if the buyers wanted to close early, I was open to that however I’d need a per diem to cover the cost of a hotel room. He continued to ask me if I could close early and it made me feel as if he was working more for the buyer and not so much for me.
