Desiree was outstanding; I really felt like she went above and beyond to communicate, often calling me after hours and on weekends to ensure that I was up-to-date on status. Desiree leveraged her own local network, including with the property's HoA management to ensure that we were making progress obtaining information, expressing urgency, etc. As long as the close took (1.5 mos. past the initial estimate), it would have taken longer had she not intervened.

I appreciate the time spent on the road with Jim. I believe Jim is a good-hearted man. I felt at times he was maybe overworked or stressed and didn't want to see all the homes I identified. After looking at several homes over a couple of weeks, I felt he was like, "Alright, pick one already". When I chose the house, he delayed submitting the offer (one week), which then left a gap where another offer got submitted, and I was now competing with another party. The only reason I won was because I am a Veteran, and the homeowners had a heart for Veterans (they actually offered more $ and a shorter closing). Again, Jim is a great guy; however, if I do this again, I would choose a different agent.
