Heidi was a real help to us. We purchased remotely from Arizona for a home in Perrysburg, Ohio. Heidi did a lot of leg work touring properties and taking videos. She always went the extra mile and then some. She truly showed us we were not just another sale. Instead she was interested in us, our, wants and needs. She led us to homes always thinking of what we would consider, and gave her honest opinions. Most of our communication was through text and Heidi would respond quickly, despite the time difference. Paul White was the most patient man I’ve ever dealt with. It took three years for me to buy a house. Paul went out of his way to take me all over the place looking at real estate. There are times when I could not do anything for a couple years and Paul was still there for me he was great.
