Both selling and buying agents were great. Lisa had showing tours scheduled one after another. After only being listed for three days we had a buyer offering more than what we listed the house for plus was willing to pay the closing costs. I was just as impressed if not more so with my buying agent, Ada. Ada set up quite a few homes to tour with me and would ask what I liked or didn't like about each. I knew exactly what I wanted and she listened and found it for me and it was actually on the lower end of my price range. The whole process from start to finish was a wonderfull experience.

I’d give Jonathan Enriquez an 8/10. He’s professional, which we really appreciate in such a fast market. He’s patient, open to checking out homes we find ourselves, which makes the process feel more like a team effort.There were a few moments of miscommunication on both sides, but nothing major and everything got resolved. Overall, he’s been solid to work with, and we feel comfortable continuing the home search with him. I’d recommend him to buyers who want a responsive and respectful agent

Veronica was great at listening to my wants and needs regarding the type of house and location I wanted to be in. Once I found the house I absolutely had to have, she pounced on getting an offer in and worked hard on the negotiations to ensure I secured the property with fair terms. Caries Leymen was my realtor and she was so fantastic. She was always available for tours and to answer any questions. She even gave me a gift at closing and after we closed and realized the front door key did not open the back door, she actually order two new locks so they would match. Super customer service.
