Far most the worst I ever worked with. Nothing was negotiated not even a refrigerator. The most I ever spent in closing costs and fees. If it wasn't for Emily and her team the buying process probably would have never happened.

Darren Allen!!! He captured my requests, as I was deployed; engaged my sister with the visions, since I couldn't be present; came out with GREAT options! Jed Carpenter was absolutely the best realtor they could have chosen for me. He wasn’t fake, sleezy, too pushy….all these types I can’t stand. He was knowledgeable and honest, fast and timely. Definitely highly recommend.
