Anna Purvis was very knowledgeable, very professional, but her communication with the builder wasn't good or wasn't taken serious by the builder. I believe that we could have avoided a lot of issues that I had with my home if Anna did her part just a little more persistent. My new home had a lot of issues like chip tub, broken tile, unclean floors, and didn't get all my window screens until my closing day. On our closing day we still was facing the same issues. But, I guess she did her best.

Not very good, was never there to answer the phone for questions, didn’t send us any houses, had to find the house we wanted alone

I could not be more proud to announce two phenomenal and professional agents in the names of Lisa and Bill Mann! To say that I knew very little of the processes in purchasing a home and keeping up with the taskings necessary to do so would be a colosal understatement. The knowledge and patience that these two exhibited can never be overstated. Saying thank you would not be sufficient for what they have done, and I am forever grateful for our outcome. Her reliability and patience with the journey was amazing, she is a go getter for the buyer, personable, she knows her clients and what they want. I was comfortable the whole time, and after the signing, I have reached out to her and nothing has changed same ole' Debbie!!!!! This woman is impressive and it was an honor and privilege to have her as our realtor. Veterans United is fortunate to have such a strong member at their disposal.

Our Realestate agent Devin was the BEST we thought from day one and continued an outstanding helpful way till closing and move in day. He recommended people to do other jobs like yard work, landscaping, surveyor and inspector, and even suggested places to get some good food locally not to mention some places to catch some fish. Most of all from the very beginning he highly recommended using Veterans United to finance our home and we’re glad we chose to do so!

LaCrystal was outstanding throughout the whole process. She was very professional and knowledgeable. From the moment that we had our first meeting to closing day, she was always in touch with us.
