She would always say I will get back to you, and never got back to us. She stated that all test and everything was ordered when in fact they weren’t and one of them not being ordered delayed closing. Didn’t inform us about the bad septic septic inspection until I asked to see the results from the septic inspection. Overall communication between her team and us was not great making buying a house in state you are not living in more stressful.

I couldn't have had a better Agent Crystal was and is always there when ever need no matter day or night. I met Crystal at Frank's Alley New York Style Street Food Joint. Crystal came in wit Jon Pale A photographer in our area to take get her daughter senior pictures taken High School. Not knowing who Crystal was or what she did for a living just so happened during my homework process she was my real estate agent and I couldn't ask for a better person Crystal was and is the best in home buying thank you so much for all you did done and still do I love you much!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gladys was extremely knowledgeable and helped us guide through the properties as we were first time buyers. She helped give us essential opinions and helped haggle for us as buyers. She had treated us like family and answered all of our questions anytime of the day. We couldn’t have gotten a home without her!
