Where do I even start? Kim was PHENOMINAL!! You hear stories about how stressful home buying is, but Kim made the entire process smooth and painless. Towards the end, the seller almost backed out of closing and ceased all communication with his agent. Even through 4 INTENSE and nerve wracking days, Kim held her composure and talked me through everything. The seller did NOT clean the house to satisfaction, and Kim offered to pay for professional house cleaning to help lessen the blow of me having to spend around $1,000 on carpet and AC restoration cleaning. The seller did not show for closing, and Kim walked me through all of that. As long as Kim is still in the area, I WILL use her again in the future prior to reaching out to any other realtor.

Daryl Holland Sr.with Coldwell Banker Realty, Daryl was there for me every step of the way. How many times I asked him if he could possibly go to the property and do a video again... for me for the fourth time! Who does that? Daryl did! a "VERY" concerning dedicated, devoted and compassionate Real Estate Agent, and indeed he is! He, was always there for me, like when I had to call him, because I didn't know the roof composition, the electric, was it copper or some other material, knob and tube, the year of the house etc... Our Realtors Veronica and Jerrold couldn’t have done a better job. They were in touch with us day and night, answering every question we had. They always provided us with every option we had. They did everything they could to accommodate us in anyway we needed and took care of everything. It was the most refreshing experience. They definitely took all of the stress away, and I will recommend them to everyone.
