This was our second home purchase. Working with Brianna has been an absolute night and day difference from our first home purchase. Brianna is an absolute professional. She is very knowledgeable and was an amazing resource answering all of our questions throughout the process. There was also a small item we wanted to see if the seller would throw in, not a huge deal by any means. Brianna went above and beyond all expectations just to ensure that one small thing was handled for us. She was even extremely helpful with our lender and helped us when our first loan officer failed to respond and gave us incorrect information for an offer. Our 7 year old daughter was very involved, and Brianna was amazing with her as well. She even got her a closing day gift - which meant the world to her. We literally cannot say enough good about Brianna. We are so happy purchasing, we are already listing our previous home with Brianna.
