Was very helpful and was very knowledgeable. Only recommendation is the timing of when to talk about money. Wait til after looking at the first house or find a better Segway into the conversation. It's very important but my initial impression was all they cared about was money and getting paid.

Anthony was nice enough, but often seemed condescending in our interactions. I was especially upset when it was time for contract negotiations. My wife and I definitely felt like he didn't have our best interests in mind. It was evident he was more interested in helping the seller and not us. An immediate example that comes to mind was he didn't want me to negotiate for repairs to be completed to the outside deck. He instead insisted on having the VA Appraiser point it out and during the appraisal. However, the appraiser didn't mention it in the report and now we purchased a home that needs the deck repaired and is a safety concern to us while having a 4 year old son. It was just us constantly being encouraged to accept things as is and not discuss things that we would like remedied or to find a solution for.

Poor communication and did not know all of the appropriate things needed for us to close on time. Ended up in a hotel for 10 days due to closing being moved back. Very frustrating as we felt we made more contacts and obtained needed information than the agent. Did not feel like a priority for this agent and we were moving from out of state. Will not be using this agent again.

Christina DiMarzo was extremely helpful. Walking me through the whole process and what to expect. She answered all text messages, emails and phone call when ever I had questions. Most importantly she made my wife and I feel like where were her only clients (I am sure we were not!) with the attention she provided us. Not once did we ever feel rushed or like she didn't have time for us. Thank you Christina for making this process so easy and honestly amazing!

Sydney was more than outstanding! She went above and beyond and made it possible for us to do everything remotely. She answered all my questions in a timely manner. She made sure that I understood everything that was happening. She was willing to coordinate with our son who lives near our new home. I would highly recommend Sydney to anyone interested in purchasing a home in the Phoenix area.

The stress of moving back from overseas, I imagine I was annoying lol. Lisa always had great communication and was willing to go see any property and send me videos. Kind, quick communication and knowledgeable.

Scott went out of his way to accommodate our schedules and get us set up to see homes as quickly as possible. He was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice during the buying process and for afterwards.

Marjorie was a delight to work with. Not only did she cater to us by driving long distances and showing us everything we wanted, she stayed vigilant even when the light at the end of the tunnel seemed bleak.
