Debby Brown did find the house we went with. However during the process we felt she did not give us the attention we had earned in order to sale and purchase our homes. We know she did things behind the scenes, but did not communicate it with us. She needs to be more transparent with clients and be more enthusiastic about her job.

Brandon de Simon and his father Franco worked together to help me navigate every aspect of the sale of my home in Washington. And though I was faced with a very personal family situation that might have prevented my progress they stepped in to reassure me it would be ok guiding me through the preparation for the listing, even helping me to prepare my home when the plans I had to get it ready for the photographer fell through. The listing was placed the very next day after pictures were taken and within about 2 weeks the house sold.In the meantime Glenda Pecina was helping to find a home in Texas and I was visiting my family there at Easter when I received the call from Franco that a buyer had accepted my full offer. I felt elation and panic at the same time. Elated for the sale of my home in Washington and panic because I’d yet to find a house in Texas. But Glenda stepped in and when I extended my Easter visit in order to look further for a house in McAllen, Texas she provided me with transportation and a personal assistant to show me around. After two days of looking at homes that either didn’t accept my offer, got sold before I made one or just weren’t what I expected she made sure I was getting exactly what I needed. She had listened to what I wanted, created a list of 4 homes that again met my requirements and made arrangements to personally escort me to each one. From the first viewing I kept saying “this is it, this is the one I really want”, until, the second, third and fourth where I repeated the same. But I settled on one of the 4, placed an offer, we negotiated and with her help we even received a reduction in the price. Before I left Texas I had begun the process of buying my new home thanks to her.Once back in Washington Brandon helped me continue with preparing to get the house ready for closing going as far as providing me with assistance in clearing out any remaining items as we had less than 3 weeks upon my return from Texas to get ready there in Washington. On the day of closing, my last day in my home Brandon was there, even helping with the cleaning and sale of household items. When I thanked him and said I was so embarrassed he had to do he told me he loved his job so much and helping his clients was his favorite part of the job. I was able to leave my old home that night knowing it was in good hands. I was on a flight to Texas to my new home the next morning.Within a few days Glenda helped me navigate the closing process of my new home, removing any obstacles in the way by providing copies via text or email of whatever documents were requested for the closing, working closely with myself, Jordan and the title company.Thanks to both realtors, Brandon and Glenda, I am home.

Our real-estate team was EXCEPTIONAL! I'm so glad I took Kedric's offer to have an agent reach out to me. Misty and her husband were so amazing during the whole process I had no worries about finding a home. They made my only concern my own finances, the home buying process was taken acre of, and they made sure I felt like their only client, and made me feel less like a client and more like a friend they were helping out.
