Didn't do but but 1 walk through and it was on the last day before closing. All of the problems I found she said it was too late because the contract was already written and we couldn't change anything! There is no ground wire in the living room and the refrigerator that was left for us for us to deal with doesn't work. Just to name a few problems.

Real estate agent was not interested in our best Interest, was advising us to do stupid things with purchase. She also listed our house for us and I which she was doing sketchy stuff. There’s an IAR and an NAR complaint being actively investigated on her part. She also backed out of the sale less than one week before closing and we had to work with a realtor that we never met.

Please make sure Janet is able to be assigned to any future buyers, especially if they are Vets. Easiest person to work with! She is 100% genuine. I never felt I was being pressured to do anything!What was perhaps my biggest anxiety transitioning to civilian life felt so comforting....exclusively bc Janet was looking Over the entire process.
