He wasn't rude, and we got the house we wanted, it often felt like it was despite our agent not because of though.We were able to find the house we wanted online independently of Steve, when we went to see it initially we were limited to 20 minutes because he had a meeting to get to. Even during the final walkthrough he mentioned needing to leave at a certain time because another apapointment.It never really felt like he was on our team, just looking to get some cash before a vacation, which started the fay of our closing so he wasn't there. He also initially told me the wrong time for closing, I only found out what time it actually was when I reached out to him to confirm.

Reid did an outstanding job! He would show me places that met all my needs and even suggested potential options that were a little different from the norm I was thinking I wanted. It was good to broaden my options and see what else is out there. Ultimately I found one that I really wanted. Reid even was supportive when I tried looking at homes that were less than ideal. He was there to answer my questions and coach me of the process and what to expect. Reid is passionate in his work and is quite knowledgeable. I would suggest him every time.

Jon was outstanding. I wanted a real blue collar person representing us and he was absolutely that. Had a great sense of humor and was always responsive to our questions on new properties and made every accommodation available to ensure that we could do virtual showings since we lived outside of the area
