    Jim muscled his way through this complicated negotiating, inspecting, repairing, reinspecting, and finally closing process. It seemed like every time we turned around, a new thing was going crazy with the house. Ultimately, he got us through the whole process, and I am sure he was just as relieved as we were.

    The initial agent, Ashlee Jack, was terrible. We met once on the original look around. After that communication was difficult and unproductive. After she called us being aggressive, we requested a replacement and Roseanne was wonderful.

    Tessa was very knowledgeable and outstanding to work with. She kept us informed on the status of our home purchase throughout the entire process and offered advice on dealing with repair issues during the purchase.
