He started off energetic and ready to get us into a home. I was a difficult sale, I had a big to-do list and a small budget so at times I felt like he was frustrated with me. When I did finally write an offer, there was a couple things that were put into the offer that I had no knowledge about and there were rights that I had as a buyer that I was never told that I had. His assistant was phenomenal. She worked harder for us than anybody
