Agent was not very knowledgeable in our area we were interested in buying. Felt there was a lack of information being shared throughout the process. On a high level overview they were able to provide feedback but most of the information we received was through other agents we met along the way and through the Veterans United team in Missouri. I will not recommend our agent.

My agent Kimberly was Epic and Amazing!:)) she was incredibly relatable, and understood what I was looking for in a home. She treated my experience as though it were her own and I sincerely appreciated that because as a 1st time home buyer, I was doing this alone, so she was the perfect person to help me through this! :))

She was on top of everything from the start. Incredibly easy to comunicate with, always responsive to questions, and made sure the other parties (builder and such) got documents submitted on time. She reached out to whoever I needed to help me through this process.

Janet Nilles basically mom’d us through this process. She was very patient and supportive as we dealt with some difficulties looking for houses. She took care of us like we’re family and everything was very prompt.
