He was great until we got under contract then he became incredibly hard to get ahold of. One point there were 7 texts spanning across 8 days with no response and a couple calls with no call back or text back. He made finding homes incredibly easy but felt like I was left on my own after we found the house I liked and the offer got accepted

Vicki and Frank were fantastic. The weekend after our introduction we came to Port Saint Lucie on a Thursday night, then met in the morning with them. Together they showed us the listings that they intended to show us, and that is what they did. By the end of the first day of looking, we had seen 6 homes. That night Lorna and I reviewed the 6 listings, eliminating the ones that we knew were not for us left 2 listings which we compared against each other. Saturday morning, they took us to see 2 more homes, but we had our minds made up. We put in an offer then headed home to our RENTED house in Hudson. Vicki continued to communicate with us, through the negotiation Process.The owners wanted more than the home was appraised for, so in the end we did not pay $520,000 (the asking price), but just over our bid of $480,000, ($486,000 the appraisal value) and under what Albert had already approved for us. This is a great team.

Outstanding human being! Always on my team and was super informational. Sensational experience and she was with me the entire way. She reached out when she could for information and made she that I was taken care of. She does not have to, but still replies with helpful information even after the fact. James Etheridge is a good guy and helped me to find a good house for the money. He advised me as I did not see the problems in the future with some of the homes and advised me against some of the homes with bad roofing and really poor settling.
