I was not impressed with our Real Estate agent, Lisa. She didn't seem to know what was going on with the family/home that we were purchasing. She strongly suggested we not ask for major repairs to be done by the seller. When we did eventually ask the sellers seemed more than willing to cooperate. It seemed as if Lisa did not have our best interest in mind and did not want to advocate for us in purchasing a home.

I felt she didn't give me 100% of her time. For a top seller of VA then why did it take almost a year. I found all the houses called her to set up appointments, which I could have done myself. Even the house we bought she was a hour late for the walk tho didn't do a thoughly walk tho now I'm stuck cleaning up a mess of a yard so I don't think we looked out for us.

Bob Faith, Dockside Realtors... were referred to me, via Veterans United. Bob, was professional, informed, and very easy to work with. Bob is a knowledgeable advisor and experienced in everything geographical and logistically in the area. Bob, made the process easy and no pressure.
