Stacey Dobbs constantly forgot basic details about me and my family. She ignored the fact that I work nights and was constantly waking me up about items that she felt were urgent but that could have waited a few hours if not days. We almost backed out of buying a home entirely at one point because of how difficult she was to work with. She was constantly pushing for homes outside of our comfort range price wise for the obvious purpose of making more money for herself. She acted at times as if we should know this process and what to do despite this being our first home buying experience. At other times she treated us like children who didn't know how to handle money or bills. We bought a home but if I had to do it over, I wouldn't have used a real estate agent at all. The most help that she provided was recommending inspectors, something that I could have done in a 2 minute google search.

She pressured me into buying a house for 10 thousand dollars over the asking price with tiny rooms. My son is a sex offender and won’t be able to live with me because it’s next to the school.

The first time we talked, we talked to just to get to know one another. Soon afterwards, we found out that her grandpa's nickname is my wife's actual name.We also found out that both of our grandpa's fought in world war II and they were both injured there.God has a way of letting you know that this person was meant to be. Babs was meant to be.She is a beautiful God fearing woman and I thank God for her.

Crystal was awesome. Offered her assistance from beginning to end. She was kind, polite and told us as first time home buyers what to look.for. We could not be happier with Crystal. Represents Veterans United and the Real Estate company at 100%. I found no issues with the whole transition. My wife and I are very pleased with Crystal. I give Crystal 10 stars on everything.

Katrina is absolutely top notch! She really focused on.our wants and needs through the whole process and advocated those requirements with sales staff at builders. She was very pleasant and patient throughout our process and made herself available for multiple house showings. I'm very grateful for her service.
