Jason is very knowledgeable about what to look for in a good house and provides his honest opinion on the state of the houses we looked at, which we really appreciated. We were purchasing from out of state and had family in the area go look at houses with Jason. He was very accommodating of that, which made the process of an out-of-state purchase way less stressful. There were a few minor miscommunications on the initial inspection timeline, but Jason went out of his way to remedy that in our favor.If Jason implements some processes to tighten up the communication gaps, he would easily be rated 10/10. Very approachable and very knowledgeable about what to look for in a home, which made the first time home buyer experience much less stressful.

Ashley Wise was good overall. It was just a little unusual that she never recommended any houses to me. I found all the places for viewing.

Our real estate agent was awesome. He was able to get them to fix a few things wrong with the house in a timely manner. He was always a phone call away and always had time to talk to me about anymore concerns or worries.
