I wouldn’t recommend the real estate agent to have two people working with a client. This confuses the buyer when they have to repeat themselves because everyone isn't on the same page.

My real estate agent was very unhelpful and difficult to work with. She was not a VU employee and I would not recommend the Veterans United pair up with her again.

Kim Reasor was found and recommended by Veterans United and I can think of a better choice and the icing on the cake with this whole thing. Kim and her knowledge of the area, real estate in general, city codes, builders code and overall knowledge of the market was more than I would hope for. It could of stopped there and I would of been happy, but Kim takes the phrase "I am your agent and here through the entire journey with you" is something that not only was put to the test, but Kim's attitude and eagerness to make sure our experience and overall interaction with all the different aspects of home buying was never something we went at it alone but rather she was there to guide us and make sure , rain or shine (and in our case, snow and ice) it and all issues were resolved! Kim truly cannot be recommended more highly for the Dallas, Texas area. She and her team are worth gold in my book.

Candice, despite being primarily located about an hour drive away from where we finally decided to buy, still made time to schedule showings and walk us through the entire process.
