We were very impressed with our agent, Christina King. When the seller was trying to sell her home, BUT wanted to stay and live in the home and pay us rent for an indefinite length of time, she was great at letting the sellers agent know that was not acceptable for us, so everything went smoothly after that. We got the keys to our home after a 10 day delay on the sellers part. Christina was GREAT! The sellers agent was not very cooperative during the entire process. Christina did not back down from the agent, and was ready to take legal action if necessary. We would recommend Christina to anyone looking for an Agent THAT HAS HER CLIENT'S BACK, Until the sale is complete.
