Mary (Jude) Rice is a liar and cared more about the sellers than us. All she cares about is $$, not helping Veterans. Definitely would not recommend her to help any other Veterans!

Ted was AMAZING! He made Boone and I feel like we were his only clients. He was super informative and knowledgeable over the VA loan process. His experience was very obvious and was willing to share all of that with us, and definitely helped us found the perfect home for our family. We could have not have done this deal without him. We had quite a few bumps along the way, but he calmed me down and kept the ball moving for us. He was a wonderful asset.

I initially felt very annoying and needy with how much I was contacting Janelle, especially with how time crunchy my situation was. She was friendly at all hours and very timely with meeting my requests and never made me feel like a burden. If not for how helpful and polite she was, I probably wouldn’t have bothered buying a home. I would recommend her confidently to friends and family looking to break into the market.

I never saw not talked to Brenda Noffert, however Melody Rogers was amazing to work with and was available for all of my questions and entertained nearly twelve showings and one withdrawn offer before making our final showing and offer submission
