I had two real estate agents and both were the main stress of the home buying process. Seemed that both were not looking out for my best interest and just wanted to sell homes as quick as possible. The first realtor I had (Elizabeth Turner) recommended an inspector to me that I used and when I got to the home she was already there with him. He said nothing was wrong with the home at all. She went on to thank him for not “blowing up the deal” in front of me. The appraiser came in and said the crawl space was wet and ordered a foundation inspection in which there was over 30 thousand dollars worth of repairs that needed done. She told me that she was getting a 2nd opinion from someone else that was a family member and told me there was a lot less issues than there actually was. The deal fell through I continued to try to work with her and she could never make a time that would work for me to see a home. The other realtor I used (Rusty Remington) was fine other than a couple issues that were a huge deal to me. We had a misunderstanding about the date the tenants were moving out and I said that I wanted my mortgage paid for the month they stayed. He told me that him and the listing agent would pay it out of their commission. And I find out after clear to close that he lied to me and actually called the lender and was planning to use money that I was already getting back at closing to pay for it. Money that was already negotiated for before that issue. Both realtors were not completely honest and were looking out for themselves and not me the home buyer. If I ever get another home loan through veterans united I will absolutely not use any realtor recommended through them.

Sonya was very attentive to the kind of home we wanted to buy. She was very professional and courteous. She treated us like family and was very fun to be around always had us laughing we really enjoyed the time we had with her kudos!!!!😊

Ok Tamara Union is a Dynamo! She fights like no other for her customers. If there is some type of red tape that is silly and holding up the process she takes out a katana and cuts it to shreds and keeps us on track! She is the best!

Lauren made home shopping easy with great recommendations and helpful explanations for things we as new home buyers weren’t aware of. Also super nice, easy to work with, and very responsive.
