She did the best she could with what she had! (see previous comments) Was a little disappointed that she did not come to the closing and had a few hiccups with scheduling due to her childrens' events. I get it but sometimes it felt like this was more of a side hustle and not a full time job/

What can we say? Mrs. Wyonna Baldwin was so great in every way. She was exceptional, (Outstanding). Whichever home or homes we chose to look at, she never hesitated to go to that home and show it to us; No matter where it was. She would tell us the truth whenever we would ask her a question on what something was when we saw it. She was very friendly and straight with me and my wife. She answered every question that we asked her. What really blessed us about her was this: There were different times during the day and night that we would call her, she never failed to call us back. Even when she was busy, she made it her business to get back with us.

Jenna was amazing, communicated perfectly with my wife and me. She took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our home and went through the pros and cons of each selection with us and utilized her years of experience to steer us in a direction that was best for us. Again, made the home-buying process smooth. Her administrator Anna was also amazing and communicated all steps and what to be expected was never left in the dark.

From the beginning of the home buying process, Diana was available to us. Explaining everything and also sharing information from her experiences. This made every decision easier for us. Whenever any issue arise she talked to us about our options and she sends the appropriate form to resolve the issue. She is a true professional and I recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent.
