Not sure if it was our fault, but we felt like we could have used more handholding with the realtor part. My wife and I having never been through the process of buying a house still felt like we did most the looking for a house. Amber was absolutely wonderful and helped a great deal, but most the houses we looked at was from our own research and other smaller details that we figured out that we didn’t know we should ask about that we felt like she should have said more. Then again it should have been our fault with coming in as prepared as we where.

Nicole was by far my favorite realtor I've ever had. Home buying can be a tricky business I've worked with friends and family, but she was second best to nobody. She always responded to text messages and phone calls, even if she had family stuff going on she would let us know times that you would get back to us and she always did. It was our pleasure to work with her knowing that we're 2 hours away she set up multiple appointments multiple times and made it as convenient as possible. Her realistic personality really touched my wife and I on a personal level, always professional but you can still see she cared about family. Nicole is truly a good person, as well as our whole Veterans United Team. We want to give a quick shout out to Nicole keep up the good work you're doing a great job.

Daryl was beyond outstanding. He answered all my questions sometimes more than once. Since I was in south Texas throughout this process he showed the houses to my son. He took my requests seriously and didn't show anything that didn't meet my criteria. He even answered texts at night and on weekends when a question would occur. Highly recommend Daryl for any real estate needs, not just with VU.

Jayme was simply wonderful! Couldn’t have completed this process without her. She was supportive the entire way, providing excellent video walkthroughs while my family was transitioning from overseas assignment.She provided keen insight on the area and was always super flexible during all times and despite any requests. Kyle went waaaaaaaay beyond I could ever ask for, from getting his hands dirty to helping me with some expenses that where needed for the sell! He was hand on, and was willing to work for this sell!
