Allen Morris: Terrible communication. Late to every meeting, except when it came time to pick up his check. I had to force him to make appointments to look at homes, even though we were 2.5 hours away. Failed to follow up on requested paperwork and meetings. I basically had to do his job for him, and I'm pissed that he got paid anything.

Barbara was excellent. She made us feel confident, cultivating our trust. We knew she had our back, and she proved herself by going the extra mile (e.g. literally "going the extra mile" by driving to the house in Franklin, for a last minute check before we closed, because logistics and timing rendered us unable to check it ourselves.)

They are exceptional and very informative. They are outstanding people that made the home buying very smooth. They also looked out for my best interest and were not pressuring me at any point like the rumors I would hear. I will most certainly choose Nicole Farquar and Jay Johnson again for my Va loan purchases
