Melissa!!!! She made my first time home buying experience so much more pleasureable. Mrs. Moore was a genuine, sweet lady. She was very thoughtful and patient throughout the process. We appreciate her personally, however professionally we struggled. There were several instances where it felt like she was not knowledgeable in her field and times where our specific questions or concerns as buyers were not effectively communicated.
