David Greenberg was good not the best should I say but good he helped us counter offer and get the home we eventually wanted. I did wish he was more attentive with my questions and have more attention to detail when it came to communicating instead of resulting to text message. When it came to giving our deposit to our home, he never relayed the information to who, or what title company would call me. Then last minute we had to rush to the bank to deliver the deposit and do everything last minute. Communication is key and we eventually got what we wanted but there is a way to communicate and that is direct, not texting. He did not hand me my keys when we closed on the house, but resulted to giving me a pin to open a computer lock to receive my keys. He Congratulated me over a text message once we closed and got paid. Other then that decent experience.

She tried her best but wasn't receptive of our wants when we wanted to place offers and seemed to take extra time to get back to us whenever we inquired about getting a video walk through on a property, almost as if she felt like she was wasting her time with us on specific properties. We also had the feeling that because we were house hunting from afar she was putting local house hunters first and showing properties we had expressed interest in to them first.

Angie West was our real estate agent and she was amazing, patient and friendly and offered a lot of advice and insight on the process. Never felt too pressured and felt more confident and knowledgeable about putting in offers for a home. Communicating was the absolute BEST! She replied rather quickly and got the ball rolling !

Deborah is one of the most genuinely nice people I’ve met, a very helpful real estate agent, helping with and explaining anything for us as first time home buyers we were confused on most of the process, Deborah was there to explain and guide us in the most simple way possible.
