Our real estate agent was not very helpful. It seems like she just wanted us to buy the house no matter what the condition were. We requested proof of the repairs made buy the seller and warranty of the stuff fix. We only got a check marks of the stuff fix and a letter from a company that didn't provide warranty of the work they did. The seller didn't provide receipts and the materials of the repairs. The real estate agent made it sound like we should be pleased with the check marks and the letter from the company. When we did the walk through with the real estate agent we notice that the house was not in good condition and it was extremely dirty. Real estate agent said that is normal around this area to buy a house in those condition. We told her that we didn't want the playground in the backyard, and it was not removed. The sellers left a lot of stuff that now we are going to have to throw away in the trash. The air vents on the floor are clogged from pets hair, candy rappers etc. We also notice an extreme leaking in one of the bathtubs. The closet walls in the kids rooms are painted with crayons. The dish washer doesn't work very well. The stove is extremely dirty. The carpets have an extreme bad smell.
