The communication after initial consultation was spotty. When we changed areas of interest, it took over a week for the change to be made on our MLS distro. I would send her homes from zillow to tour virtually (which I know can be difficult from her location and the area) and would repeatedly have to ask for follow up information to know if something was done or corrected or had been scheduled.
